ENROLLMENT: Our calendar begins in September and ends in June, with
scheduled breaks in December,
February and April. Summer
programs are available.
ATTENDANCE: Students are expected to attend class regularly. Semester
tuition must be paid in advance or
students will not be allowed
to participate. No refunds will be given after November 1.
Students are encouraged to make up classes missed if a
comparable class is available. Classes must be made up during
the current semester.
TUITION: Tuition is designed to be affordable and competitive and may be
paid to accommodate your budget. Payment plans are available.
PAYMENT POLICY:
DMDC
STANDARD ACCOUNT:
(Students enrolled for 1 - 3 3/4 hours of classes per week) 1st Semester: Tuition for the first
Semester (Sept. thru Jan.) plus registration fee of $25 ($35
after Sept. 10) is due upon registration. Payment for student is
either in full or ½ with balance due before Oct. 31st. Accounts
not paid in full by Oct. 31st will
automatically be charged a $20.00 dollar 'service fee. Accounts
remaining delinquent will be charged a monthly $5.00 Late
Fee to the outstanding balance. 2nd
Semester: In order for students to
continue taking classes, the 1st semester balance must be paid
in full. Tuition for the second semester (Feb. thru June) is due
on or before February 1st, payment in full or ½ with
balance due before March 15. Accounts not paid in full by March
15th will automatically be charged a $20.00 'service
fee'. Accounts remaining delinquent will be charged a
monthly $5.00 Late Fee to the outstanding balance.
DMDC STANDARD ACCOUNT
BUDGET: Tuition is divided into
4 installments for each semester (8 per year). Registration fee
of $25.00($35.00 after Sept. 10) due upon registration along
with first payment. First
semester payments: 1st Sept., due upon registration 2nd due Oct. 1 3rd due Nov. 1 4th due Dec. 1 Second semester
payments: 1st due Feb. 1 2nd due March 1 3rd due April 1 4th due May 1
Service charge: A $20 service
charge per semester is added to tuition cost. Late fees are added for
accounts over 1 week overdue, with additional charges per month for delinquent accounts.
COSTUME DEPOSIT STANDARD
STUDENTS: A costume
deposit of $50.00 per class is due by November 1st.
The balance is due before April 1st. Costume deposits are not refundable even if a
student withdraws from
class(es)
before the recital.

ACCOUNT:
(Students
enrolled for 4 or more hours of classes per week) 1st Semester: Registration fee of $25
($35 after Sept. 10) along with tuition for the first semester

registration; to receive your full discount the remainder
must be paid by November 15th. 2nd Semester: Tuition for the second
semester (Feb. thru June) is also due in two installments:

discount the remainder must be paid by on or before April 1st.

pertains to all students of DMDC: Standard and DPP
Dropped Classes: There is a service
charge of $10.00 for dropped classes (transfers not included).
Please notify the office if you have a schedule change transfer.
No refunds will be issued after October 15th.
Returned
Checks: There is
a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
Costume Deposits: If your costume deposit
is not received in full by December 1st, we will then
assume you do not wish to participate in our Spring Performance
and your costume will not be ordered. Late orders will
be subject to additional handling and shipping fees.
Mrs. Grinder will be in
the office two weeks prior to due dates to accept payments. If
you are unable to attend in person, please mail checks or money

refer to this payment schedule to insure your child's place in
class. If you have any questions regarding your account, please

If you have a financial problem and desire budget privileges, please contact the studio office
promptly.
It is your
responsibility to keep these dates in mind. Reminder notices will
not be mailed out.

must respect the dress code if they wish to participate in
class. Appearance
must be neat. Girl’s hair pulled back into ponytail or bun
(Ballet). No t-shirts,
sweatshirts, baggy pants, ankle socks, nylons, striped or print
attire. No gum,
please remove dangle earrings and jewelry.
