DMDC
offers valuable performance experiences for students of all
levels.

Winter Festival, our mid-year performance, features a
variety of classes performing student and faculty
choreography.

Annual Recital, held in June, gives students the opportunity
to showcase the year’s achievements while experiencing the
joy of performing. Additional performance opportunities,
including community outreach programs and competition
experience, are offered through our Resident Dance Companies
and Repertory Ensembles. Company/Ensemble auditions are held
in the fall.

Youth Dance Company provides a performance vehicle for
emerging young artists. YDC has been featured in numerous
community Arts Festivals and concerts and at Disney World.
The company has also presented Lecture Demonstrations at
public schools.

Kidsdance Co. is a training ground for the YDC and has
performed at numerous local venues with YDC.

Donna Miceli Dance Ensemble, a professional company which
combines various Jazz styles with Modern, has performed in
Europe and at Jazz Dance World Congress 2000 & 2003.
• Hip Hop Youth Performance Ensembles (HYPE & Mini HYPE),
Tap Ensembles (Jr. Tap Rep. & Sr. Tap Rep.), Musical Theater
Repertory and Contemporary Repertory Ensembles participate
in DMDC special performances and competitions.
